One of our current favorites is a toasty nighttime beverage featuring a mushroom mix spiked with seasonal pumpkin flavor. We call it a Sleepy Pumpkin Latte, and it features MUD/WTR :rest, a caffeine-free blend of adaptogenic 'shrooms and calming herbs meant to help you decompress at bedtime. Sleepy Pumpkin Latte
1 tbsp. MUD/WTR
1 tsp. vanilla extract
1 cup steamed milk of choice
1 tsp. pumpkin butter
If you prefer (read: need) a nice strong latte in the morning to wake up—rather than fall asleep—this recipe can easily be modified to include caffeinated mushroom coffee. We like MUD\WTR: rise for this purpose, or any of the deliciously 'shroomy caffeinated coffees below.
